Product Descriptions


Live lead transfer: Live leads directly into your office.

A live lead transfer is the product S and K was built on. We have a Website that the client loges into. S and K will call prospects and determine if a lead is in parameters or not. If the lead is within parameters, then the Telephone Sales Representative (TSR) will call for the assistance of a HOT CAPPER. The role of the Hot Capper is to audit the TSR and verify that the information that was given to be sure that the prospect is a good one. The call center is working with our transfer program. The software will not allow a transfer to be made if there is any missing information on the lead sheet. The last piece of information to be gathered by the TSR is the name of the loan officer (LO) to whom the call will be transferred. Thus, when a TSR calls into the call center, he/she will ask for a loan officer and record the name of that loan officer. Once the TSR types the name of the loan officer into the online system, then the lead sheet is sent to the loan officer via the Internet. The client will be logged into the S and K Website, and as the TSR tells the client that a lead is being transferred, all the loan officer has to do is hit the F5 key on his/her computer keyboard, and the loan officer will automatically receive the completed lead sheet.

It is important to keep in mind that when the customer (lead) is party to the conversation when the TSR calls a client to make the call transfer. The customer can hear the client and the TSR on the phone. The TSRs are thoroughly trained to be as courteous and quick as possible. To alert the client that the call has a live customer on the line, the TSR will always say "Hi, this is (name) from (company name) outbound. The client will have a permanent record of the transferred calls available on the S and K Website. The client will also be able to log in, review and customize reporting.

Each component of the transfer system is important. The Website, call center, data and the preparedness of the TSR each play a role in the success of failure of a campaign. We have control over the S and K Website, and call center. We also control the data if the data is purchased from S and K. The single most important thing that we do not have control over is the quality of the loan officer (LO) once he/she receives the transfer. We can deliver a top quality product but if it is mishandled by the LO, the client will not get business. It is the responsibility of S and K to prepare the clients' LOs to ensure their success on the phones; this will help them to fund more loans.

S and K has prepared training packets that we will go over with new clients (the training modules are posted on the Website under Client Services); or S and K may visit the client in person to provide training. Once a client orders leads from S and K, he/she will have 24/7 access to the training modules. Clients simply log into the S and K Website @ www.sandkgroup.net, then go to Client Login (the manager will have this login information). This is the location of the production reports as well as the resource material for training.


Static Transfer: Respond to the leads at your convenience

A static transfer is one where S and K does not transfer the lead live; instead, the lead is posted automatically to the S and K Website and the client calls the customer back at his/her convenience. The price is the same as the live lead transfer because the cost incurred is the same - the cost is the same to get a customer ready to talk to a loan officer; whether a call is transferred immediately to an awaiting LO or is posted as a static lead on the Website does not affect the price. The same procedure is followed up to the point of transfer. At that point, the TSR asks the customer what a good time would be for a loan officer to call them verifies the customer's information, and all of the necessary information is recorded in the notes section of the lead sheet. This is used when the client's LOs cannot commit to being in the office during transfer hours.


Voice Blast Message: Have a message sent out to your data base

This product allows us to send a message to a list of prospective leads. We may ask them to call a client's number if they are interested in a product. This is completely automated and requires much more data than normal calling campaigns. This product is used when calling generic lists or large lists of customers/leads. We do not use this very often as it is quite ineffective for most applications.


Voice Blast Opt-in: Have the prospect call you instantly from the voice blast

This is a much better alternative to the Voice Blast. The opt-in feature allows the prospect to push a key and be connected to the client at that point in time. The automated program is a good way to contact lots of people without spending a lot of money. The yield (number of customers called who opt-in) from this program is always much lower than with a TSR calling from a list, but it is a good way to go through old lists without running a formal campaign.


Direct Mail: Traceable, recorded, powerful campaigns

S and K program features mailings sent via FIRST CLASS , a callsource.com online tracking system that records all calls generated in response to the mailing, and we provide the client with a recording of each incoming call and a record of the call-in number. The minimum drop is 5,000, which can be split dropped. To create mailings and send the letters out first class, including postage, the cost is $0.65 per delivered piece. There is an additional fee of $50 per 5000 mailers, which covers the tracking portion of the direct mail campaign. All incoming calls are recorded and cataloged on the callsource.com Website, and mailers come with an Excel spreadsheet and customer ID number to help the LO train the source data for the incoming calls. Clients purchasing the direct mail program can view tracking information at http://www.callsource.com/. This Website will allow LOs to see the telephone number of the incoming caller and the time that each call was received. In addition, there is a recorded log of each conversation between a respondent and the TSR receiving the call-in. We will be offering a training module to go along with the direct mail drop campaign. There is a one-time fee of $500 for this training. The training comes with a one-hour demonstration and includes a Q and A segment from our direct mail professional.


Results Guaranteed Direct Mail: Pick the result you want and S and K will deliver Guaranteed!

S and K also offers a "Results Guaranteed Direct Mail Program." With most conventional mail programs, the drop is made and then the customer waits to see what the result will be, but there is no waiting with this program. With the S and K Results Guaranteed Program, the client simply chooses how many respondents are desired and, for a fixed price, S and K will drop mail until that number is achieved. No more wondering if the mail campaign will be successful, the results are guaranteed. This is a turnkey product, which includes the mailing list, printing, envelope, envelope stuffing, first class postage, and tracking.


Customer for Life: Have a customer care expert contact your past customers

The "Customer for Life" program is a direct calling campaign that uses the customer's old/existing client list. S and K will place calls on behalf of the client and reconnect with the client's past customers. Typically, in this campaign there is very little selling. A TSR will contact past customers from a client-supplied list and thank the past customers for their business. The TSR will ask each customer if there is anything that he/she may need in the way of mortgage services. This is also a way for the S and K client to verify personal data, update their customer list and obtain the most current information on their customers. The TSR on a Customer for Life campaign will verify or obtain E-mail addresses and update each customer's contact information during the call.

The Customer for Life is typically a short-lived campaign as the number of customers contacted is vast compared to the number of closings. No predictive dialer is used; the TSRs individually dial the client's former customers. S and K ensures that highly trained consultative TSRs make these outbound cold calls. The point of the call is to personally make contact with past customers and find out if they are thinking of doing anything related to their existing mortgages. If they are in the market to refinance or cash-out, then the likelihood of the customer choosing to work with their old mortgage company is relatively high. It makes sense for S and K's clients to initiate calls to their previous customers before another mortgage company calls them. The Customer for Life program offers our clients a fantastic post-sale customer relations opportunity and enables them to retain customers at a reasonable price.
