James T Sarazin - Chief Executive Officer

James Sarazin is the co-founder of S and K Group and its Chief Executive Officer.  Prior to co-founding S and K Group and assuming his current responsibilities, Mr. Sarazin was the Vice President and National Accounts Director for 13^th Column, LLC, an Oklahoma based telemarketing management firm.  At 13^th Column, LLC, Mr. Sarazin was solely responsible for managing, growing, and developing outbound sales for America Online and other Fortune 500 companies.

Previously, Mr. Sarazin held the position of Center Director for Teleperformance in Charleston, SC, managing multiple campaigns in a center with over 300 employees under his direct supervision. 

 In 1999, Mr. Sarazin was approached by Good Will, Inc. to build and direct a for-profit center in Baltimore, MD.  Mr. Sarazin was responsible for developing the center, hiring its employees, and managing all activities in this first-ever, for-profit venture owned by a non-profit organization.  Mr. Sarazin also worked for MCI, Inc. as a telemarketing Production Manager for many years.  It was with MCI, Inc. that Mr. Sarazin was given the challenge of improving the performance of the company's last place production team.  There were over 300 calling teams at MCI and Mr. Sarazin moved his team into third place within four months, with no personnel change. 

 Before entering the telemarketing industry, Mr. Sarazin ran a successful real estate brokerage for fifteen years and also has eight years experience in the mortgage industry. Combining his experience and expertise in real estate, mortgages, and telemarketing management, Mr. Sarazin chose to make S and K Groups primary business line as mortgage lead generation, recognizing a need for high quality, affordable, and reliable mortgage leads.
